Russia about to ‘run out of steam’ in Ukraine, says MI6 chief

The head of MI6 has told an international conference that he believes Russia is about to “run out of steam” in Ukraine.

Speaking in Aspen, Richard Moore said the Russians would be looking for a way to pause their offensive, while the Ukrainians were seeking to counter-attack.
