Dr Ramathuba responds to viral video

There's been mixed reaction to a video clip showing Limpopo Health MEC, Dr Phophi Ramathuba, saying healthcare facilities in her province are struggling to cope.

She told a Zimbabwean patient that backlogs are being exacerbated by the influx of foreign nationals.

The MEC explains her comments.
