Two-year-old Riley Pacala was born deaf. Riley is learning American Sign Language and uses cochlear implants to find new ways to express herself. With her bright attitude bringing joy to her family, her uncle Brain Regan and his fiancé Jamie Kehoe knew Riley would be the perfect flower girl for their wedding in New Jersey.
