CLIP DESCRIPTION:
After washing Lombardo's (Matt Dillon) jeep, Kelly (Denise Richards) makes a not-so-subtle attempt to seduce him.

FILM DESCRIPTION:
In Florida, social-climbing guidance councilor Sam is indifferent to teen-socialite Kelly, who retaliates by accusing him of rape. Sandra, Kelly's mother, hires a platoon of big-wig lawyers to prosecute Sam. Meanwhile a cop does some sleuthing of his own and comes up with his own conspiracy theory.
