For most people, using explosives is far from a normal day in the office … unless you happen to be an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician. Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron <br /><br />EOD technicians work by supporting the installation and surrounding communities by locating, accessing, identifying, rendering safe, neutralizing and disposing of hazards, chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear (CBRNE) and high-yield explosive, unexploded explosive ordnance, improvised explosive device, and weapons of mass destruction (WMD) that present a threat to operations, installations, personnel or material. <br /><br />MCAS Cherry Point’s EOD is recruiting #USMarines for the EOD technician #military occupational specialty. Lateral-move screenings will be held in Building 1795, June 14-17.
