We try the Antebellum Ale out of the Craggie Brewing Company of Asheville - "a brewery with a heart" - in today's review. It's said to be an 1840's American recipe using water, yeast, molasses, ginger and spruce tips. It has been described as "fresh evergreen in a glass" and has been adapted into a modern day beer incorporating malt and hops. What will we think of it?
