India News: Sadanand Date, joint commissioner of police (law and order) said, "Security at all vital installations across the city has been increased. We have also shared intelligence we received with the policemen and have roped in more security staff to ensure that no untoward incident takes place."<br /><br />"Since Mumbai has been on the radar of terrorists in the past as well, we have to be cautious. We have also alerted the railway police and are checking airports and other crowded places that are usually targeted by terrorists," said an officer requesting anonymity.
