India News : After floods now earthquake in Uttarakhand

India News : A minor earthquake hit Uttarakhand Thursday, officials said, adding that the tremor has not caused any damage or hit the relief efforts.<br /><br />According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), the quake measured 3.5 on the Richter scale.
