India News : In a country where there is no administrative priorities in governance level or political level, where there is glorified "ruling class" and ignored "cattle class" those does not know how to demand for rights I am living in.<br /><br />The ruling class enjoying the life in parliament corridors which controlled by power brokers rather than MPs or political parties; is maintaining the illiteracy level always below 50% to keep the class under the foot of ruling class; asking a priority, I know is my foolishness.
