Delhi HC: Nursery school admissions to be made as per Ganguly Committee

The Delhi High Court has passed a verdict stating that hence forth admission procedures for private schools in Delhi, including nursery schools should be made on the basis of the Ganguly Committee report. This in effect gives private institutions the right to choose their own admission guidelines and procedures, putting an end to the Lt Governors recommendations on how to do so.
