China support Russia against Ukraine,India tension increased

If India has to face China, then it will need the support of both, America as well as Russia. That is why India has still not decided its stand on the Ukraine-Russia conflict. In an attempt to maintain a balance between the US and Russia, India did not participate in the UN Security Council on 31 January to discuss Ukraine tensions.
