Doctors in Sheffield (UK) say patients with multiple sclerosis are showing "remarkable" improvements after receiving a treatment usually used in cancer. They were given bone marrow transplants using their own stem cells to "reset" or "reboot" their faulty immune system. Some patients have been able to walk again after being paralysed.
