Breakfast Burger Recipe in English: <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />Caramelized onion: <br />-Oil 1 tsp <br />-Pyaz (Onion) rings 1 medium <br />-Brown sugar powdered 1 tsp <br />-Chicken qeema (Chicken mince) 250 gms <br />-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup <br />-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs <br />-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp <br />-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste <br />-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp <br />-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste <br />-Oil 2 tsp <br />-Cheese slices <br />-Oil 2 tsp <br />-Anda (Egg) 1 <br />-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch <br />Assembling: <br />-Burger buns <br />-Mayonnaise <br />-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced <br />-Salad patta (Lettuce leaf) <br />-Burger patty <br />-Caramelized onion <br />-Fried egg <br /> <br />Directions: <br />Caramelized onion: <br />-In frying pan,add oil and onion rings,mix well. <br />-Add brown sugar powder,mix well and fry on low flame until soft and translucent & set aside. <br />-In chicken mince,add onion,fresh coriander,garlic,salt,black pepper powder,red chili powder,mix well and set aside. <br />-In frying pan,place round mould and add oil. <br />-Grease your hands with oil,take a mixture and make a patty in a mould & press it gently. <br />-Cook on medium low flame for 2-3 minutes each side. <br />-Cover and let it cook until done. <br />-Place cheese slice on patty,cover and cook until cheese melts. <br />-In small frying pan,add oil and egg,sprinkle salt,cover and fry until done & set aside. <br />Assembling: <br />-On burger bun,spread mayonnaise,add tomato,lettuce leaf,burger patty,caramelized onion,fried egg and cover with the top bun. <br /> <br /> <br />Recipe in Urdu: <br /> <br />Ajza: <br />Caramelized onion: <br />-Oil 1 tsp <br />-Pyaz (Onion) rings 1 medium <br />-Brown sugar powdered 1 tsp <br />-Chicken qeema (Chicken mince) 250 gms <br />-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup <br />-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs <br />-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp <br />-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste <br />-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp <br />-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste <br />-Oil 2 tsp <br />-Cheese slices <br />-Oil 2 tsp <br />-Anda (Egg) 1 <br />-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch <br />Assembling: <br />-Burger buns <br />-Mayonnaise <br />-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced <br />-Salad patta (Lettuce leaf) <br />-Burger patty <br />-Caramelized onion <br />-Fried egg <br /> <br />Directions: <br />Caramelized onion: <br />-Frying pan mein oil aur pyaz ka rings dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. <br />-Brown sugar powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz naram aur translucent hunay tak halki ancch per fry ker lein & side per rakh dein. <br />-Chicken qeema mein pyaz,hara dhania,lehsan,namak,kali mirch powder aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein. <br />-Frying pan mein mould rakh dein aur oil dal dein. <br />-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mould ka ander mixture dal dein aur gently press ker lein. <br />-Halki darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein (each side). <br />-Dhak ker pak janay tak paka lein. <br />-Patty per cheese slice rakh dein aur dhak ker cheese melt hunay tak paka lein. <br />-Chotay frying pan mein oil aur anda dal dein,namak chirak dein aur dhak ker fry ker lein & side per rakh dein. <br />Assembling: <br />-Burger bun mein mayonnaise laga lein,tamatar,salad patta,burger patty,caramelized onion aur fried anda dal dein aur top bun rakh dein.
