BBC Rewind: 1983 Labour Party manifesto - BBC News

Labour propose massive public investment, withdrawal from the EEC and nuclear disarmament in their manifesto for the 1983 general election. Leader Michael Foot claims that Britain cannot afford to continue with the present policies of the Conservative government.
